Day one, GuideStone contributes an amount equal to 10 percent of your annual compensation (tax-deferred) into your retirement account. We match an additional 1 percent for every three years of SBC service, up to 5 percent.

The 9/80 work schedule – which allows for every other Friday off – is available for most positions. The Work From Anywhere policy allows for flexibility in meeting space while at the office and the potential to work from home for some positions.
